Privacy policy for the use of Facebook plugins

On my pages are plugins of the social network Facebook, provider Facebook Inc, 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA, integrated. You can recognise the Facebook plugins by the Facebook logo or the "Like Button" ("Like") on my pages. You can find an overview of the Facebook plugins here: http://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/.

Basically, a non-reversible and non-personal checksum (hash value) is generated from your usage data, which can be transmitted to Facebook for marketing and analysis purposes. This website uses in particular the retargeting tag Website Custom Audiences of the social network Facebook. With Website Custom Audiences the Facebook cookie is addressed. For more information about the scope and purpose of data collection and the further processing and use of data by Facebook, as well as your settings options for protecting your privacy, please refer to the Facebook privacy policy, which can be found under Facebook Website Custom Audiences (click here) and Facebook Privacy (click here). If you do not wish to collect data via Custom Audience or if you wish to object to the use of Facebook Website Custom Audiences, you can deactivate this here.

When you visit my pages, a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server is established via the plugin. Facebook is thus informed that you have visited my pages with your IP address. If you click the Facebook "Like-Button" while you are logged into your Facebook account, you can link the contents of our pages on your Facebook profile. This allows Facebook to associate your visit to my Pages with your user account. I would like to point out that I, as the provider of the Pages, am not aware of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Facebook. You can find further information on this in the Facebook privacy policy at http://de-de.facebook.com/policy.php.

If you do not want Facebook to be able to assign visits to my pages to your Facebook user account, please log out of your Facebook user account.

Privacy policy for the use of Google+ plugins

My website uses the Googgle+ button of the social network Google Plus, which is operated by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (Google). The button is recognisable by the symbol G+ on a white or coloured background. When you call up a website of our Internet presence that contains such a button, your browser establishes a direct connection with the Google servers. The content of the G+ button is transmitted by Google directly to your browser and integrated by it into the website. We therefore have no influence on the extent of the data that Google collects with the button, but we do assume that your IP address is also recorded.

The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Google as well as your rights and setting options for the protection of your privacy can be found in Google's data protection information on the button: http://www.google.com/intl/de/+/policy/+1button.html

If you are a Google Plus member and do not wish to be linked to your Google membership information, you must log out of Google Plus before visiting our website.

Privacy policy for the use of Twitter plugins

Functions of the Twitter service are integrated on my pages. These functions are offered by Twitter Inc, 795 Folsom St., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. By using Twitter and the "Re-Tweet" function, the websites you visit are linked to your Twitter account and made known to other users. Data is also transferred to Twitter. I would like to point out that I, as the provider of the websites, have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Twitter. You can find further information on this in the Twitter privacy policy at http://twitter.com/privacy.  You can change your privacy settings on Twitter in the account settings at http://twitter.com/account/settings.

Privacy policy for the use of YouTube plugins

For the integration of videos we use the provider YouTube, among others. YouTube is operated by YouTube LLC with headquarters at 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. YouTube is represented by Google Inc. with headquarters at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

On some of my internet pages we use plugins from the provider YouTube. When you access the internet pages of our website that are equipped with such a plugin, a connection to the YouTube servers is established and the plugin is displayed. Through this, the YouTube server is informed which of my internet pages you have visited. If you are logged in as a member of YouTube, YouTube will assign this information to your personal user account. If you use the plugin, e.g. by clicking on the start button of a video, this information is also assigned to your user account. You can prevent this assignment by logging out of your YouTube user account as well as other user accounts of the companies YouTube LLC and Google Inc. before using my website and deleting the corresponding cookies of the companies.
