Delivery
For the delivery of your order, the parcel services we use need about 1-2 days for standard shipping within Germany. For Austria and Switzerland, about two additional days are required. Deliveries to the rest of the European Union or the USA take about three to five working days.

You will receive an e-mail from the shipping service providers with a tracking link and the tracking number. This allows you to track the status of your delivery and to influence the delivery via the website of the parcel service, e.g. to change the delivery address or to issue a drop-off authorisation.

If the parcel carrier does not reach your home, you can also use the tracking number to see whether your parcel has been left with a neighbour or in a parcel shop, for example.
As an online shop operator, we want to make shopping as pleasant as possible for you. That's why we try to get your order to you as quickly and conveniently as possible.

But of course there is also our office and warehouse where you can pick up your order personally. But you should make an appointment with us in any case, so that you don't stand in front of closed doors!

Exchange and return
Counter question: Why do you want to exchange the item? Actually, we should first clarify this question before we take the next step. So please write us an email if and how we can help you.

If the reason for the exchange lies with us (defective item or wrong item delivered), then we will gladly provide you with a return label. If the reason for the return lies with you, we would like to ask you to pay the shipping costs.
You have the option of returning items to us within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. You can use a shipping service provider of your choice, but you will have to pay the shipping costs.

However, we would like your feedback to help us improve our service and our products, so we ask you to briefly state the reason for the return. This helps us to reduce the number of returns... and that saves us all money and protects the environment.

For shipments from countries not belonging to the EU, please pay attention to the correct customs declaration in order to avoid unnecessary costs!
After the return has been received and checked in our returns warehouse, we will refund you the amount within one week. We will use the same payment method that you used to place your order. Credit card transfers take a little longer than bank transfers, Paypal works the fastest.

Payment
We offer you the option of paying your order conveniently in advance or via Paypal. For club buyers and retailers, payment by invoice is also available. You can select the respective payment method during the order process.

If you choose prepayment as your payment method, we will reserve the items you ordered for seven days. The bank information will be sent to you with the order confirmation. Your order will be shipped immediately after we have received your payment.

Once the seven days are over, the reservation expires and we can no longer guarantee the availability of all items. Nevertheless, we will do our best to send you your order as completely as possible.
To secure your personal data and your data in online payment transactions, we protect them using the latest encryption technologies such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL). SSL is a recognised standard protocol that guarantees secure data exchange. All data used by you for ordering and payment are only transmitted to us in encrypted form.

In addition to the security of your data, Paypal also offers you buyer protection if you have used Paypal as a payment method. This protection takes effect if the purchased item does not arrive or does not correspond at all to the description. Then you get your money back from PayPal.
After you have placed your items in the shopping basket, you can click on the shopping basket symbol, whereupon an overview opens on the right. In this overview you can now choose whether you want to "Show shopping cart" or "Proceed to checkout".

If you click on "Proceed to checkout", you must log in once with your personal data or register as a new customer. After entering the payment method and shipping details, you will be taken to the order overview where you can enter the discount code in the voucher field and click on "Redeem". The amount will then be automatically deducted from the product price.

If you click on "Show shopping cart", you will find the field "Enter voucher code" directly below the list of your items. Please enter the code there and click on "redeem". The amount will then be automatically deducted from the product price. You can then proceed to the checkout and pay for your items as usual.

My account
In this case, click on "I forgot my password" on the login page and enter the e-mail address you used to register in our shop in the field provided. A short time later you will receive an email from us with a link that is valid for two hours. After you have confirmed this, you can set a new password for your account on your own.
First log in to the shop with your access data. Then click on the "My account" icon at the top right next to the shopping cart icon. To change your password, address or e-mail address, click on "Personal profile" and use the buttons "Change password", "Change addresses" or "Change e-mail address".
Please click on the "My account" symbol at the top right next to the shopping cart symbol. Then click on "Log out" (highlighted in red).
Please send an email to info@kendo24.com. According to the legal requirements, the period for deleting your data is between one and ten years, but regardless of this, your account will be deactivated immediately.

Order
It's very simple... First put your products in the shopping cart. Click on the button "Show shopping cart", there you can redeem a voucher, if you have one.  From there, click "Continue to checkout". If you are ordering from us for the first time, you will be asked to enter your personal details and address and - if you wish - to create a customer account. If you have already shopped with us, your data will be stored with us and you can log in directly with your e-mail address and personal password. If your billing address differs from the delivery address, you can also enter a separate delivery address.

After entering your data, you can select a payment method and shipping method. If your billing address and delivery address are different, however, purchase on account is not available as a payment option. Briefly confirm the terms and conditions and finally click on "Order subject to payment". Finally, you will receive an overview of your order under "Order confirmation". After sending your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation by e-mail.

Should you have any problems completing your online order, you can alternatively inform us via our contact form. In this case, payment is only possible via prepayment. We will prepare your order in the shop for you and send you an order confirmation with our account details so that you can transfer the invoice amount. As soon as we have received the money, your goods will be shipped.
When placing your order, please do not forget to provide us with all important information such as your billing address, a different delivery address if applicable, your telephone number (for any queries) and your product wishes in the desired quantity!
Once you have logged in to the shop with your email address and your personal password, you will find a list of all your previous orders in the "My account" area under the "Orders" tab. There you can also see the current status of payment, processing and shipping.

As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link separately by e-mail. This allows you to track the delivery status online at any time.

Alternatively, you can check the current delivery status of your order directly on our tracking page, as soon as it has been handed over to the shipping company. Please enter your order number and postcode to see the exact status.
For technical reasons, it is unfortunately not possible to change an order directly afterwards. However, as long as your items have not yet been shipped, we can make manual changes or additions. Once your package has left our warehouse, we no longer have any influence on it; you should then place another order.
Therefore, it is best to place your order only when you are sure that it contains all the items you want.
In order to offer you the best service, we ship the available items as quickly as possible after receiving your order. In order to be able to cancel an item, it must not yet be in the shipping process. Please contact us as soon as possible, we will check your request and try to cancel your order.
If your order has already left our warehouse, however, you can still return the goods to us up to four weeks after receipt of the delivery. You can find details on this under the right of withdrawal.
